He said they could come up with a justification for not issuing a license now, based on current circumstances. But, he added, "That doesn't mean that you are foreclosing on the issuing of a second license in the future." Thomas A. Decker, a former chairman of the Pennsylvania gaming board, said commissioners cannot decide not to issue a license.

January 27, 2014 (AP) Witnesses who heard a bus crash into a vacant building in a Washington city just south of Seattle say they dug through debris to help rescue the driver. They told KIRO ( http://bit.ly/1d4GDJb ) they found the woman bleeding from the head Sunday night in Burien. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition. No one else was on board the bus that was marked "Snoqualmie Casino Express." The King County sheriff's office says the bus had first collided with an SUV at an intersection. A man and woman in the SUV were taken to Highline Hospital with minor injuries.
